SLOUGH has chapter. Has quite a few poles in it.
A few got nicked a couple of years ago for a gang fight against another biker gang.

Many moments of absolute comedy gold in this documentary on the London chapter in 1973.

They must cringe at this clown show now.
Different prospect (swidt?) nowdays mind.

Went to the clubhouse in hackney a few times. Bulldog bash/Crazy Daze/Kent custom show etc in the 90’s was a good weekend away Back In my courier days.
Took to much effort and commitment to become one so never got past the hang around stage - debatable if I even made that.

I reckon some of the idiots in that documentary were among the Hell’s Angels who got battered to fuck by a firm from London 2 years before at the Weeley Rock Festival as well thinking they could take the piss with the catering.
Unbeknown to them they already had protection.
Probably the cunt who had his eyes knocked wonky.
Lolz.

I don't get these lot. What do they fight with other gangs about exactly? Control of ('non homo') leather and denim into shit towns?

Only seen the first 5 mins.
A bloke out on day release from a mental hospital. A bloke who's crossed eyed after having them beaten out of him. A dog called Hitler.
I'll definitely be finishing it.

Seen their clubhouse near Shoreditch. They're a bit out of place around there with all the lefty hipsters.
Did they cop a slap on the ferry?

Hell's Angels: The Strange and Terrible Saga of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs by Hunter S. Thompson is a good read if a little (a lot maybe) too long.
It's obviously about the original american hells angels.

Re: Hell's Angels

Read an article about them when I was in my teens.
Probably sensationaised, but alleged that one of their induction rituals was to sleep with a woman over 65.
Nowadays, that probably means sleeping with their wives.

“Buttons” was the original UK founder. He went out to the States, prospected and got patched and came back and started the official uk chapter in London in 1968 or 69.
He was from Walthamstow and died a few years back from what I’ve read.
Before that he was a “rocker”.
If you’ve got a hard back copy of his book you’re quids in.
He wisely stayed out of that 1973 documentary.
